💚 We are a free mental health service supporting young people aged 12-25 in South West Sydney.

We focus on young people's mental health, physical and sexual health, work and study goals, and drug and alcohol needs. 💚 At headspace Liverpool you can get help for mental health and other health issues. headspace is a service for 12 to 25 year olds, and their families. The service can assist with general health, mental health, general wellbeing alcohol and other drugs and employment and education services.

We will be discussing how well services support our young people and what we can be doing even better to assist our youth.

If you are in the youth space in the following areas: cultural leadership, spiritual leadership, sporting and coaching staff, education staff, or in health, we would love for you to join us.

Venue: Ed.Square Community Space (level 1 opposite Services NSW, enter via Sergeant Street)
Ticket includes catering and access to a service stall.
Registration is necessary and numbers are limited.

We got creative at our headspace hangout group last month! The wonderful .s facilitated an art workshop for our young people and it was incredible! So much laughter, so much creativity, and so much fun. Everyone had a go and created something uniquely beautiful 💚

Last week, we attended the SWS Su***de Prevention Forum held by .mws! It was an incredible day full of networking, insightful presentations, and engaging workshops.

The theme was "Collaboration" and our Community Engagement Officer had the opportunity to present at the forum alongside FLYHT, talking about turning partnerships into impact!

Some of the other awesome presenters included representatives from .mws, , .foundation, , and an amazing breathwork session by Freddy from 💚

And of course, the beautiful Levi was in attendance🐶🥰

Last Sunday, we ran our first free Pilates class for young people at and we had so much fun! The class was full of energy, movement, sweat, laughter, and jelly legs at the end 😂💪

Thank you to the young people who came along! And a massive thank you to KX Liverpool, especially the amazing Anya who ran the class. We can't wait to do it again 💚
