How is your hydration status in the heat? 🥵🔥

We would like to share our helpful leaflet regarding the importance of adequate hydration.

Your wee colour should ideally be pale yellow, similar to the colour of lemons 🍋 or bananas 🍌 regardless of external weather conditions. If it’s darker yellow then please bump up your intake of water! 💦

Looks like we’ll be sharing Main Street with the Tour Down Under on our original event date, and with the road closed we’ve decided to shift our author event to a new date.
