“Azura” is experimenting with Shilajit at the moment with already remarcable feed back just from one dose. It will take more then one dose to provide an adequate report on this product. I’ve had this product 47 years ago, as a child growing up in Kazakhstan, Almaty, however then I wasn’t collecting data in regard to my health. I was only told that it was good for me.
Shilajit is a natural substance formed over centuries from the decomposition of plant material and microorganisms in mountainous regions. This mineral-rich resin is predominantly found in the Himalayas, Altai, and Caucasus mountains. Its unique composition includes a variety of minerals, vitamins, essential fatty acids, and amino acids, with fulvic acid being one of its most notable components.
Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine, shilajit is considered an adaptogen—a substance that helps the body adapt to stress and promotes overall balance. Its rich nutrient profile has led to claims of various health benefits, including increased energy, improved cognitive function, and enhanced fertility.
Shilajit supports cellular regeneration by enhancing mitochondrial function and providing high levels of antioxidants, specifically fulvic acid. It boosts cellular energy (ATP) production, aids in repairing damaged tissues, and promotes collagen synthesis for improved structural integrity. Studies also suggest it enhances cell migration and proliferation.

Key benefits for cellular health include:
Mitochondrial Efficiency: It acts as a catalyst, helping mitochondria efficiently convert nutrients into energy, thus reducing cellular fatigue.
Antioxidant Support: It neutralizes free radicals, reducing oxidative stress that causes premature cellular aging.
Tissue Regeneration: It has been linked to increased collagen and elastin synthesis, essential for skin and connective tissue repair.
Neuroprotection: It may help protect brain cells and reduce tau protein buildup, supporting cognitive longevity.
“Azura” will be operating during her usual opening hours this week.
