Pharmacist/Pharmacist in Charge - Westfield Garden City Shopping Centre
We are looking for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer-focused Pharmacist/Pharmacist In Charge who enjoys interacting with customers and working efficiently in a team environment, to perform tasks to the standards set by the Pharmacy Board of Australia, the Pharmacy Guild, and QCPP.
This position requires a pharmacist to work full time on the roster, with the schedule to be negotiated.

Selection Criteria
Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist
Experience in managing a Pharmacy (Minimum 2+ Years)
Strong leadership skills, Dedicated work ethic, eye for detail, and accuracy
Strong communication skills among all stakeholders
Be able to work efficiently as a sole pharmacist and ability to work well in a team and autonomously
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions using MINFOS, webster packing experience
Willingness to learn and grow with the business, 6CPA experience essential
Responsibilities
Checking scripts prepared by Intern Pharmacists, Student Pharmacists or Dispensary Assistants
Completing NHS claims, Counselling customers about medications
Daily/Weekly Reporting to Management team (KPI)
Dispensing scripts using MINFOS system
Managing the overall Dispensary and its operation
Overseeing the workflow of store and day-to-day procedures
Processing orders for Dispensary stock and maintaining inventory levels
Supervision, Training of all employees throughout the store
