This is a transformational time due to intense personal shadow work. You are Holding your light and power to elevate the internal vibrations and of those around you.

The recent planetary energies have been intense, with many experiencing symptoms such as a fast heartbeat, exhaustion, dizziness, feeling ungrounded, anxiety, triggers, repressed anger, and moments of euphoria and bliss.
