Jess isn’t just one of our incredible Case Managers—she’s a powerhouse both on and off the court. With her bright smile, boundless energy, and a genuine passion for helping others. She’s not only one of our amazing Case Managers but also a professional volleyball player, bringing the same drive and teamwork from the court into her everyday work.

After completing her Bachelor of Nursing at QUT (Queensland University of Technology), Jess spent several years working as a Registered Nurse at a busy local GP clinic, where she developed a strong foundation in a wide range of clinical skills—including patient assessment and triage, wound care, chronic disease management, and medication support. Jess brings this same clinical insight, empathy, and attention to detail to every participant she supports—ensuring care is not only well-coordinated but deeply person-centered. Her healthcare background gives her a unique ability to navigate complex needs with confidence and compassion.

And when she’s not advocating for others or coordinating top-notch care plans? She’s still smashing it on the volleyball court, staying active and inspired through the sport she loves.

Jess brings heart, hustle, and humanity into every space she steps into. We’re so lucky to have her!

With a background in law and a Master of Law from Griffith University, Florence brings a strong foundation of advocacy and a deep commitment to supporting the vulnerable. She combines her legal knowledge with compassion and empathy, ensuring that every individual she works with is respected, heard, and uplifted.

Armed with strengths in person-centered support, clear communication, and creative problem-solving, Florence is more than just a support worker—she’s a trusted ally, an advocate, and a spark of positivity in every life she touches. Her compassionate approach and natural ability to connect make her someone people feel instantly comfortable around.

Nigel Kapanje a vibrant, passionate, and people-loving 26-year-old originally from Zimbabwe. A graduate of Griffith University and Torrens University, Nigel holds a Certificate III in Aged Care and Individual Support, a Diploma in Community Services and Commerce, and a Business Degree—giving him a solid foundation to thrive in the support sector.
Nigel’s journey into support work is deeply personal. After witnessing his grandfather suffer due to poor care following a stroke, he made it his life’s mission to raise the standard of care and advocate for those who need it most. His goal is simple but powerful: to help people live their best lives with dignity, compassion, and joy.
With over 5–6 years of experience working with people living with a wide range of disabilities, Nigel brings so much passion, empathy, and a can-do attitude to every shift. What truly sets Nigel apart is his incredible sociability—he’s known for his big smile, positive energy, and natural ability to connect with anyone. Whether it’s clients, families, or coworkers, everyone loves being around Nigel. His friendly nature builds trust quickly and fosters a supportive, uplifting environment wherever he goes.
Outside of work, Nigel is a rugby enthusiast (though no longer playing due to injuries) and a huge fan of books and audiobooks. He’s fluent in English and his native languages, and even studied French in high school—making him a skilled communicator across different cultures.
Nigel isn’t just a support worker—he’s a team builder, fun to be around and someone who lights up a room. He brings passion, purpose, humor and whole lot of love to everything he does, making him a valuable part of any team.

He’s travelled the world, lived in America, and has now returned to sunny QLD to continue making a difference in people’s lives.
