We are thrilled to announce that our warehouse has re-opened and we have begun dispatching all of your orders.

Important Update - Tropical Cyclone Alfred Impact on Operations:

We have no access to our warehouse as power outages affect the area. This means that unfortunately, we are not able to dispatch both retail and wholesale orders. It is our first priority to ensure your orders are fulfilled as soon as it is safe and possible to do so.

We are keeping an eye on the situation and will continue to provide updates as necessary.

We appreciate your understanding during this time and please continue to stay safe

Rivers are continuing to respond to rain areas, thunderstorms, and bands of showers wrapping around ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred, now located across inland south-east Queensland.

As of 4:30 pm Sunday AEST, Major Flood Warnings are current for:
• Bremer River and Warrill Creek, Qld
• Logan River, Qld
• Richmond River, NSW
• Clarence River, NSW
• Bellinger River, NSW

Minor to Moderate Flood Warnings are current for numerous other catchments in the area, with Flood Watches remaining in place for broader sections of south-east Queensland and north-east NSW, including some catchments to the west of the ranges.

Catchments are saturated and grounds are very wet, meaning that rivers and creeks are likely to respond quickly to further rain. River systems may experience multiple peaks as subsequent bursts of rainfall move into the catchment.

With heavy rainfall and flash flooding continuing a risk through the remainder of Sunday and into Monday, Flood Warnings and Watches will be regularly updated to reflect the latest information.

Due to the impact of Tropical Cyclone Alfred, we anticipate delays in both wholesale and retail order dispatch.

Our priority is ensuring the safety of our team, and we will do our best to continue operations as conditions allow.

Flooding, power or internet outages could impact our usual processing standards. Unfortunately until we are on the other side, we do not know how significant the delays will be. The situation continues to be closely monitored, and updates will be provided as they become available.
