What is Clinical Pilates? 🌿 These classes involve movement tailored to your individual skill level and style in a semi-private session. The small class size allows you to be guided through your own personal movement by our specialised Pilates Instructors.
If you have an injury or restriction you are wanting to improve, trying to level up your practice beyond the reformer, want to keep your body moving through pregnancy or interested in working at your own level and pace, this is the class for you!

Our Clinical room contains a variety of Pilates equipment such as the Trapeze Table, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel as well as mat work and specialised small equipment in a space that feels like coming home 💚
