Approach. It is a life transforming Health and Wellness workshop which has powerful health benefits from inside out. It is a fun, playful, feel good, stress busting one hour workshop. The workshop combines use a variety of combinations of Elements of Joy. Such as:

Music, Movement, Stimulated Laughter, Yogic Breathing, Games, Simple Stretches, and Positive affirmations and more to help change your mindset and improve general health and wellness from inside out; enhancing physical, emotional, mental, social wellbeing

Participants will:

# Leave feeling happier, healthier, fitter, focused and grounded.

# Learn variety of ideas/tool to practice to feel happy and healthy on daily basis.
