We are looking for an amazing individual to join our team and take on the role of Administration Assistant.
This role is a casual position.
Position: Administration Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties.
• Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and hardcopy, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Manage correspondence and documents, including drafting letters and emails, and distributing documents to relevant parties.
• Assist with meeting and event preparation, including scheduling, venue arrangements, catering, and logistics.
• Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation as required.
• Provide general administrative support to the management team and staff, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, including answering queries, providing information, and managing complaints.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service focus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of the NDIS environment and relevant legislation and policies is desirable.
• WWCC (working with children's check) or willingness to obtain
• First Aid & CPR or willingness to obtain
• Police check or willingness to obtain
• NDIS workers screening check or willingness to obtain
Key Performance Indicators:
• Accuracy and efficiency in managing administrative tasks and correspondence.
• High levels of customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Effective support provided to the management team and staff.
• Timely completion of tasks and ability to manage competing priorities.
