✔️ Maintain workplace OHS
✔️ Adhere to policies and procedures
✔️ Coordinate catalogues and in-store promotions
✔️ Recruit, train and develop staff
✔️ Deliver outstanding customer service
✔️ Manage stock control and ordering
✔️ Maintain high store presentation standards
✔️ Lead, manage and continually improve team performance

🎯 About You
✔️ Proven leadership and management skills
✔️ Retail pharmacy experience preferred (not essential)
