Hot Stone Massage!

Hot stones have so many amazing benefits when used during a massage treatment.
They can help relieve muscle tension and pain, reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep

The heat and weight from the stones helps warm and relax your muscles, allowing a deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort. The heated stones may provide the extra relaxation you need for the massage to be beneficial in releasing tension and easing sore muscles

TR Remedial Massage will be closed until further notice as instructed by the government and my massage association.
Very sad I will not be able to provide treatments for my clients for the time being, however we all need to stay safe.
