Consistency doesn’t come from motivation alone, it comes from preparation. 🔥

Taking a few minutes on Monday to plan your week removes decision fatigue. When your sessions are booked, your gear is ready and you know when you’re training, there’s no daily debate, you simply show up.

Starting the week with intention also builds momentum. One early win leads to another, and before you know it, training becomes part of your routine rather than something you’re trying to “fit in”.

Most importantly, planning allows you to train around your life, not against it. Busy weeks don’t mean missed sessions when you’ve already decided what’s realistic for you.

Set the tone on Monday, trust the process, and let consistency do the heavy lifting 💪💚
