TERM BREAK ONLINE PROGRAM
Whether you’re a studio student or regular online student, there will be something to keep you connected between terms.
I’m working on something that allows you to self-guide your practice, with the option to privately journal your experience and track changes in your physical, mental, and emotional state.
Here’s what’s included:
Receive 4 weeks of access to livestream recordings from real classes at The Yoga Shed. These sessions draw from a range of yoga styles and meditation techniques to support your ongoing growth and wellbeing.
Because these are actual class recordings, they offer a more immersive and authentic way to deepen your home practice.
You’ll also receive a simple, well-structured practice journal to support reflection, help you notice patterns, and build a more consistent relationship with your practice.
Sessions range from 45–60 minutes. Set aside a dedicated space at home, light a candle, and step into the practice.
A simple approach is to aim for one class from each category each week — Sunrise Yoga, Mindful Strength, Unwind & Align, and Sacred Sounds Meditation — creating a balanced, well-rounded practice.
That said, there is no pressure. Any amount of practice contributes to your health and wellbeing, and consistency builds over time.
This is a self-guided program accessed directly through the website. It’s simple to use and not date-dependent — your 4 weeks begins from the time of purchase.
Our Mighty Networks programs will continue to offer a more guided experience with teacher support and student interaction during our 8-week terms.
This self-guided option provides a simpler, more cost-effective way to stay connected to your practice.
