A moment of stillness at the end of practice — where everything has space to settle.

Our weekly timetable offers casual access to all of our term-based classes and reflects a truly holistic approach to wellbeing. Across the week, our yoga and meditation offerings blend all the essential elements:
movement and strength, mobility and breath, energy balancing, nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, sound, and meditation.

Our classes span the full spectrum — from energising, strength-building morning practices, to slower, inwardly focused yoga, healing practices through to deeply restorative sound meditations and guided stillness.

This balance is intentional. It supports not just physical health, but mental clarity, emotional steadiness, personal growth and long-term vitality.

Whether you need to move, strengthen, regulate, or rest, there’s a place for you on the mat.

Same class style but new name: Our Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation class on Wednesdays at 8:30am is now called Morning Yoga for Prana Balance. The practice moves from the more tangible aspects of movement toward the subtler dimensions of breath regulation, awareness, and meditation, helping to organise energy and attention at the beginning of the day rather than dispersing it.

Classes integrate asana, pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), and meditation in a balanced and thoughtful way. Movement is used to mobilise and stabilise the body without rushing or strain, supporting long-term physical wellbeing while preparing the system for sustained attention rather than exertion.

Pranayama plays a central role in this class, helping to balance and refine prāṇa, integrate physical and mental processes, and support emotional steadiness. Rather than stimulating or exhausting the system, breath practices are used to cultivate regulation, clarity, and continuity.

This is Chris teaching the PMA1 joint movement series in our Chakra Yoga and Meditation Class.

In this class, the joint work follows a lying-down sound meditation. The aim is to carry the awareness gained in stillness into movement, so the practice begins to feel like a moving meditation.

We gently mobilise every joint in the body — sometimes through ankle circles, sometimes knee bends, sometimes slow neck movements. The work is simple, but powerful. Physically, it supports joint health and mobility; more subtly, it helps free the flow of energy through the body.

From there, the class naturally builds into chakra awareness and energy practices, before gradually settling again with restorative yoga and sound massage. It’s a complete, thoughtfully paced 90-minute practice — spacious, integrated, and deeply nourishing.
