This month's walk is an extra important walk, as Travis will be aiming to walk 60 kilometres this month to raise money for Men's mental health through the Movember foundation, and this walk will help him reach his goal of walking 60kms. He would love more walkers to join him for the next walk at Lowood and show their support for the cause, so if you can make it your support will be greatly appreciated. For every person that comes to the walk on Thursday, Travis will personally donate $5 to the Movember foundation.

Brady will also shave off his mo at the end of the month if we raise over $300 and Josh will shave his beard off if we raise $2500.

If you're able, please donate to help raise funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives, and to keep up to date with Travis's progress: https://movember.com/t/healthy-lifestyles-australia-mo-mentum?mc=1

Inositol is one of our newest supplements that we started stocking. It can help with many things, but is a great addition for clients with PCOS. 📉Inositol can support glucose metabolism, that helps regulate blood sugars and weight management.
To take the guess work out if it, we now stock it. Of course, please chat to your GP, a registered health care providor or one of our dietitians before commencing.

As this month is Movember, we wanted to do a quick message about the Movember challenge and how you can help us raise awareness for men's health.

If you haven't heard, some of our incredible male dietitians and exercise physiologists are taking on the challenge and growing some stylish 'staches to raise awareness and funds for men's health issues. (They're not just about meal plans and workouts; they're also advocates for overall well-being!)

We're raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives and we need your help.
If you're able, you can donate here: https://movember.com/t/healthy-lifestyles-australia-mo-mentum?mc=1

Or if you don't have the funds to spare, you can still get involved! Simply encourage our mo-growers and any other gentlemen in your life who are raising awareness for this cause. And share this post and spread the word!

Join us in standing together for a healthier, happier future for all the special men in our lives.
