One of my most favourite reminders and what a gift it is to discover the language of our body and how it speaks to us through pain.

Today was a tremendous day in studio with so many opportunities to hear and understand our bodies further.

A very beautiful gift no doubt is when an appointment is missed and when our bodywork treatment is drawn out over the normal regularity of our treatments

The positive that comes from this is the value that you can witness in how massage and bodywork treatment do support you.

I am always amazed at how an hour or 90 minute treatment has the ability to bring you back home to self and to support your physical, emotional and spiritual body to come back to a state of equilibrium and inner calm.

I am so grateful and so thankful that I have the ability to facilitate that journey for my clients and this week and today has been a wonderful reminder.

Enjoy your evening beautiful souls 🙏
