Have you ever had a day when you think Whaaaaattttt is going on, nothing goes right and you fell
as if the world is on your shoulders, well my Oily Friends try this blend either in your diffuser or make it
up as a roller blend trust me works wonders.
Rollerbottle Blend
with When You Had a Bad Day
Supplies

One 10 mL (⅓ oz) Rollerbottle
19 drops of Lavender
19 drops of Clary Sage
8 drops of Orange
Fractionated Coconut Oil to fill
Instructions

Put the drops of essential oil in the empty rollerbottle. Lightly swirl the mixture to blend. Fill the rest up with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Snap on the rollerball top and rotate bottle to blend.

Use rollerbottle to apply this diluted blend on topically. Protect the integrity of the oils by storing away from light.

Blend Recipe: 5 drops Lavender, 5 drops Clary Sage, 2 drops Orange

think I might need to apply some cheer today to brighten me up.

Good Morning my Oily friends

Well it is Friday again, do you ever have a morning when you open your eyes and you feel like your get up and go
got up and went went, well guys that's me today.

But no worries I have an oil for that, today I will be applying Elevation to my wrists, over my heart and to my temples, I am
also going to add some Wild Orange which is also great to revitalize us and get us going again, not to mention the beautiful
perfume is give out.

So now I will be ready to face the day feeling uplifted, energized and ready to rumble.

Good Morning my Oily friends

How are we all going on this First day of the Easter Break, hope everyone is fine.

Well guys have you ever had one of those day when you open your eyes and you think
this is going to be a great day, and then everything goes down the toilet.

Then on comes the grumps, and you feel like if you smile you will create a monumental
catastrophe and nothing will cheer you up, Well i had a day like that yesterday so when
I got home from work and shopping and making sure we were all set for the Easter Break.

I immediately applied this little gem of an oil **CHEER** behind my ears, on my wrists, to the back of my neck
to my wrists and to the bottom of my feet, i also got my difuser cranking with 3 drops of Cheer, 2 drops of peppermint
and a dash of wild orange. Well can I tell you it was an amazing about face, I felt the world lift from my shoulders
my smile and my happy returned and the world became rosy again, it was grumps be gone and they went.

I dare you all to accept my challenge and spread a little Cheer of your own, and if you feel you need to try some of

Good Evening My Oily friends,

Hope everyone had a great day,.

I have a testimonial to give on this amazing oil and its benefits, I suffer from
COPD and when I get a sniffle or a cold or flu it immediately goes to my chest
resulting in a Doctors Visit usually within 2 days with antibiotics and normally end up on the ventilator.

Well i have caught the dreaded lergy from somewhere, at the first sign of the
sniffles I started to apply easy air topically to my chest and feet three times a day, I am now 5 days into
this flue like bug and so far no Doctors Visit, no antibiotics, no sitting up in bed all night propped up on pillows
coughing my heart out, I have also not had to use my ventolin puffer.

I am stoked at the way this amazing oil has helped me through this and totally blown away at the benefits

Good Morning my Oily riends

How are we all on this beautiful Sunday, hope you are all well.

Today I wanted to share with you a few of my favorite oils and their uses,
I personally have used all of these oils in one one way or another. Last night our family
had baked fish for dinner so on went 2 drops of my Lemon essential oil to the fish before
placing in the oven and my goodness wasn't it just delicious.

Lavender would be one of my all time great oils I use this oil for multitudes of things
my little Grandie is allergic to insect bites so when one of the little red marks pop up on goes
the Lavender oil, it soothes the bite and itch immediately and is totally gone by the next day.

Frankincense, well my Friends I could go on for hours about this precious oil and its uses
but instead why not give me a buzz and I can explain to you i person the many ways it can help you in your daily life
or you can try it out and the many other oils available for yourself.
