As the festive season ramps up, it’s easy to get swept up in the rush and feel a little overwhelmed. This is your gentle reminder to carve out a little space just for you this festive season.

Spend time with family and friends
Head out for a relaxed group walk
Enjoy a game of backyard cricket
Cool off with an early morning swim
Take a moment to check in with your body and your mind

A little movement, a little mindfulness, and a little joy can go a long way in keeping you balanced this festive season.

We've put together a few of our favourite wellness essentials - ideal for stocking fillers, secret Santa ideas or a thoughtful present for someone who could use a little extra care this season.

Under the tree you'll find:
Aquadash gear for your swimmers
Pilates grip socks for stability and style
Swim goggles for all ages
Massage & spikey balls to release that tension
Supportive pillows for a better night's rest

Pop into the clinic to grab your gifts and tick one more thing off the Christmas list!

Kim recently led us through a fantastic TGMD-3 training session for our AHAs and physios. The TGMD (Test of Gross Motor Development) helps us better understand and assess the gross motor skills of the kids we work with.

With Kim’s support, Kaitlin and Piper created a set of easy-to-use resource cards to make scoring and assessments smoother and more efficient — we’re excited to start using them to guide our planning and therapy!

And of course, our backyard space has been the perfect spot to put all of this into practice. Huge thanks to everyone who contributed!
