Home sweet home. Although our trip was absolutely incredible, it’s just as amazing to be back home on our farm and with our animals. Our luggage decided to extend their holiday in Athens! 🤪🤣 hopefully they will arrive today.

That’s a wrap! Some HUGE weeks I have had with so many special ladies in my space. The energy has been WILD yet transformative and souls are wanting and needing more now. There has been a huge shift in the collective energy and It really is time to let go and to step fully into your truth, your power, your heart!

I AM empowered
I AM truth
I AM alignment
I AM home.

It takes courage to do the inner work. Keep going……………………

When your vet goes next level 🌈

I had to share this for all those who have lost their furry friends in all shapes and sizes.

The amount of tears I have shed over the past 3 weeks over Ferny have been many. Not only did Ferny crack my heart wide open in life and upon his death he triggered a healing process for me through grief.
The shift has been something else and I literally cry at everything that is remotely heart felt and tugs at the heart strings. My heart is open.

Grief is an interesting emotion and journey. Many layers and many other emotions come with it. It’s deep, it’s the shadows, it’s cleansing, it’s humbling and raw.

Sometimes I laugh at how unexpected Ferny was and the fact he was a goat. 🤣 I think that’s what I love about life. Always expect the unexpected.

Literally amazed at the power of animals, connection and the spiritual healing for humans they hold. Laluna came through in a clients session today with a clear message for me. “I am the keeper of light” . Energetically she was hovering over my clients crown chakra radiating a clear white light. Being a vessel of divine source energy. Guess who I will be calling on for more spiritual enlightenment moving forward? Over the past few months Laluna has really settled in here and I know she feels safe and trusting of her environment and her people. She is a Beautiful horse and I can’t wait to invite her strong yet subtle feminine energy into healings more often.

A beautiful reminder to create those pockets of joy, fun, laughter and gratitude.

We aren’t AI……… and we can’t continue to constantly attune to the state of rushing through our days, constant stress, worry, work work work with no time to be present and connect back to ourselves, our bodies and soul.

Our body in every sense is not wired to keep running at this speed. Your body needs to experience rest, joy, fun and laughter.

We are all amazing machines of innate knowing, connection, source and wisdom.

Rest and restoring your life force energy is vital.

Find the balance .
