Join Mike and Tracey at their wellbeing studio-gallery in Lyneham this year for an intimate learning journey of self-exploration that combines traditional art tuition and timeless meditation practices to unlock creativity and express your inner voice.

With an emphasis on observation—both of the internal and external self—we invite you to lean into your creative side when in a calm state, get a feel for it, and understand why it matters. Over 6 immersive sessions, move through hands-on activities, wondrous theoretical and practical learning and self-paced practices — perfect for easing stress and sparking creativity in a fast-paced world. Get equipped with art and meditation theory and embrace practice as you become more aware of your energy and how to manage it. You’ll learn to meditate, draw, sculpt, and paint to reduce stress and boost self-expression.

Agnihotra is an ancient Vedic fire ritual (Homa) performed precisely at sunrise and sunset to purify the atmosphere and promote healing. 9:30am Mondays ~ Hatha
10am Friday ~ Unwind

The magic of Murrah came to Canberra 💫🌙✨🙏

The one and only of gave Canberra a taste of her musical and artistic talents at over the weekend ~ which can only be described as insightfully luminous and genuinely divine.

Much more than a sound healing, this was a live concert with lyrics that pulled at heart strings alongside sounds, resonance and smells from nature for ease and connection. A real masterpiece and a testament to the power of tone, the senses, music, nature and sound all put together and performed live soul to soul.

ZUCCHINI BREAD

Nourishing: Spelt, Zucchini, Ghee
Cleansing: Seeds (all), Spices

Ingredients:
1 cup whole spelt flour
1 cup sunflower seed flour
1 cup h**p seeds
½ cup linseed (flax) meal
1 small fresh zucchini, grated
¼ cup ghee
¼ tsp rock salt
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
½ tsp coriander seeds
¼ tsp fennel seeds
2 black peppercorns
¼ cup filtered water

Method:
~ Preheat oven to 180 C. And prepare a medium-sized baking tray with compostable plant-based brown paper.
~Combine spelt flour, h**p seeds, sunflower seed flour and ground linseed in a large bowl.
~ Grind salt and whole spices in a mortar and pestle.
~ Warm a stainless steel pan. Add ghee, ground spices and fresh ginger. Allow the aroma to come up and the spices to become friends.
~ Add grated zucchini and coat it in the spiced ghee. Turn off the heat.
~ Let the spiced zucchini settle before adding it to your dry mix. Stir to combine.
~ Add ¼ cup or so of water so the mix forms into a sticky dough.
~ On a clean, floured surface, turn out your dough and press each side gently. Create a flat-ish, freeform oval shape.
~ Place on your prepared oven tray and Bake for 40-45 minutes.
~ Allow to cool before slicing thickly and enjoying with your meal.
