The assessors from the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) reported Residents shared that they feel safe, well cared for, and happy living at Isomer Aged Care Facility it was further conveyed that our staff were commended for their kindness, compassion, and expertise.

Role Description
The PCA will be responsible for providing care and support to residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring health and well-being, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications
Experience in personal care assistance, elderly care, or healthcare
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Empathy, compassion, and patience
Understanding of aged care standards and regulations
Certificate III in Aged Care or similar qualification
