A reminder to all yogis that live classes will not be running from Jubilee Hall next week (Tuesday 4th and Wednesday 5th November) as I will be heading to Noosa ....however all zoom classes will run from Noosa. If you would like to join us, let me know😎

I am delighted to announce a new live class has been added to our program. A gentle and restorative yoga class at 10.45am Wednesday morning at Jubilee Hall. Bring along your bolster and enjoy 75 minutes of yoga, including some slow vinyasa and lots of gentle and restorative postures, in a carpeted and cosy environment. Contact me for more details.
