Any anatomical system that has inflammation (from muscular to digestive) will affect every system. No anatomical system works alone. Therefore to reduce any kind of inflammation, we need to look at every aspect of our lifestyle.
In regards to the muscular system, your nutrition, what type of exercise and if you are getting good quality sleep will help reduce inflammation. In the treatment room, the methods I use such as massage, cupping and mobilisations will help with inflammation BUT it is also what you do at home that is highly important.

Recommended amount is 5-15mins on a clear day. 20 - 30mins on over cast days. **obviously do this routine safely with out getting sun damage**
1) Reduces stress- MELATONIN also lowers stress levels and being out side naturally regulates melatonin.
2) Improves Sleep - Morning sunshine regulates your CIRCADIAN RHYTHM by telling your body when to increase and decrease melatonin levels.
3) Weight management - not only because for that little extra exercise, but studies have shown a connection between weight management and morning sunshine.
4) Vitamin D - benefits weight management as well. Vitamin D strengthen bones, and is a good mood stabiliser
5) Strengthen Immune system - thanks to the Vitamin D !
