Here's something I learned on my healing and weight release journey 👇.
Space.
This seems strange, but here me out.
In order to allow your body to heal, you need to provide it with the space to do just that. And most women aren't.
Most are forcing their bodies into submission, trying to bend it and break it to their will, pummelling it with words of abuse and forcing down supplement after supplement while cutting back what it really wants and needs.
Give it some space now, babe.
It hasn't worked for you in the past; it isn't suddenly going to work now.
Here's what it wants (and how you give it space to heal):
➡️ Oxygen - try deep breathing, outdoors, nature, water.
➡️ Thoughts & emotional clearing - try journalling, automatic writing, hypnotherapy, meditation, somatic practices.
➡️ High octane fuel - opt for cooking from scratch, electrolytes, quality water.
➡️ Recovery time - set and stick to a sleep hygiene routine every night, aim for quality sleep 8+hrs.
These 4 things are simple to add into your life - they take no extra time or money - and they will be an absolute game changer.
