A few people have asked me what I’ll be doing for the blood full moon and eclipse in Virgo; and my answer is - not a lot. Firstly because I’ve been smashed with a migraine most of the day (hello energy upgrades) but also because this astrological combo we’re in right now is INTENSE. And if we actually look closely at these energies - including the square off with mars and Uranus we had this week, mercury retrograde in Pisces ~ we’re being forced to see through illusions, being confronted with them, having to address them - and ourselves, the versions of our self that has been living an illusion. And sometimes when we over ritualise, or we over think the energy and what to do with it - it becomes a whole ‘nother illusion. This moon is in Virgo, our sign of rhythm, wellness, earth. My biggest advise tonight is to just BE, to ground under the moon, to lay in its presence, let it strip the illusion, let it lay you bare, let it bring you out of yourself and out of your shadow and into authenticity, into feeling, into reality. 🖤

Identity shifts aren’t always dramatic, sometimes they land in quiet moments, like today.

Over the years I’ve been many different versions of me. And my god am I proud of them all. Those women walked through hell with a smile to make me, me. They grew, they learnt, they invested, they took criticism, they set boundaries - each version building on the foundations of the last. But they were also always on the fence. One foot in, one out. Not quite bold enough to go all in. They hid behind business names, brands, logos, aesthetics, instead of standing behind - me.

Today I chose to simply be - Kate Rampal - going forward in business. No more hiding, no more playing safe. I am so ready to be all in on me. On what I do. Because it’s powerful. It’s life changing. It deserves to be trusted, fully, wholly, vulnerably, This identity shift didn’t happen over night; but it happened; and that’s what matters.

The Epstein files. This is not a post I particularly want to make; but it’s one I think is necessary as the world goes down this particularly dark rabbit hole.

6 years ago, during COVID, my intuition and curiosity lead me down this very tunnel, it wrecked me. I had to make my peace with my role in this timeline to be able to function, to be able to make a difference. I have the benefit of distance from this, energetically and mentally, and so I speak to you not from immersion in these files, but with clarity and intent.

I don’t think we should shy away from what’s being exposed, I don’t think we should close our eyes and pretend it isn’t happening, I think that’s exactly what *they* want, they want you overwhelmed, mentally fried, upset, fearful. Heightened emotional states are easy to manipulate, control and manage. They want you to burn out and give up. But I also don’t think you should get stuck here, so immersed and far down the rabbit hole you can’t find a way out, or a way through.

If you’re reading, consuming, contextualising - go touch some grass, I’m serious, take time to ground in between, send that sadness, hopelessness to Gaia to be transmuted, wash it off in the ocean, cry with her, tell nature we need it on our side, ground yourself, so you can remain clear headed, hard to control, impossible to manipulate.

This doesn’t mean be quiet about it, it means be CLEAR. Be direct, have intelligence, speak with meaning, knowledge, wisdom, clarity. What they underestimate, constantly, is collective consciousness. They’ve light washed spirituality - making us think we have to be peaceful and love and light to be spiritual or “ascended” or connected. F**k that. Spiritually is also fire, retribution and swift, swift karma. We can unite in our anger, in our blind range at what has been done to our children, our women, our men. Our people. Humanity. We need to hold the line, accountability, boundary, protection of the innocent, karma for the perpetrators, and a shift in our way of life that repairs community. So never again can “they” divide and conquer.
