My journey into health & wellness wasn’t by accident — it was born from deep change and intention. In October 2022, a family health crisis cracked open the path I was on. It shook me to the core, made me question who I wanted to be, and challenged me to build a life aligned with purpose. I left behind hustle culture, re-evaluated my values, and began investing wholeheartedly in my vision. Since then, I’ve completed certifications in Nutrition, Fitness, Pilates, Life Coaching & NLP. My practices have transformed my body, mindset, and connection to self — and now my mission is clear:

When I was looking for outfits for my recent branding shoot, I knew I wanted something 🔥😅 that showed off my back… even if it meant stepping a little out of my comfort zone.

Term 2 enrolments are almost here 🤍

Following a successful first term, Teen Girls Pilates will be returning for a 9-week block, with a small number of spaces available.

All key dates and details are outlined in this post, including priority enrolments for current clients, waitlist access, and general bookings.

The idea is simple…
The first pancake is almost always a bit of a mess

Not quite right.
A little uneven.
Sometimes you even throw it out.

But you don’t stop making pancakes because of it.
You keep going… and the next ones turn out better.

And honestly, this applies to so much more than pancakes 🥞

Starting a new routine.
Getting back into the gym.
Eating better.
Showing up for yourself again.

It’s not meant to feel perfect straight away.

But so many people quit at the “first pancake” stage because it feels hard, awkward or not good enough.

What I’ve learned is this:
✨ You don’t need to get it right the first time.
✨ You just need to keep going.

Because that’s where the real change happens.

After a really successful Term 1, I’m excited to be opening 1–2 new introductory Teen Girls Pilates classes for Term 2.

This program is designed to be a safe, supportive, and confidence-building space for teenage girls to learn how to move well, build strength, and improve posture and body awareness — with no pressure, no comparison, and no prior Pilates experience required.

The focus is on technique, control, and confidence, rather than appearance or performance 🤍

Term 2 Details (tentative):
➡️ 9-week term block
➡️ Monday & Tuesday options
➡️ 4:00pm & 5:00pm sessions
➡️ 45-minute classes
➡️ North Mackay location (TBC)
➡️ Girls born between 2010–2013
➡️ Small group with limited spaces

To help me finalise class times and group placements, I’m opening a Term 2 waitlist, which will close on 29th March.

If you’d like your daughter to be considered, comment WAITLIST and I’ll send you the link to register your interest.

Please note that completing the form does not guarantee a place, however families on the waitlist will be contacted first once Term 2 details are confirmed.
