My journey into health & wellness wasn’t by accident — it was born from deep change and intention. In October 2022, a family health crisis cracked open the path I was on. It shook me to the core, made me question who I wanted to be, and challenged me to build a life aligned with purpose. I left behind hustle culture, re-evaluated my values, and began investing wholeheartedly in my vision. Since then, I’ve completed certifications in Nutrition, Fitness, Pilates, Life Coaching & NLP. My practices have transformed my body, mindset, and connection to self — and now my mission is clear:
To help others like you nourish thier mind, body & soul, move with intention, and create a life that feels expansive, balanced, and aligned.

2025 asked more of me than I expected… and gave me more in return than I ever imagined 🤍✨

This year stretched me, challenged me, and quietly changed the trajectory of my life.

I finished the year doing things I once only dreamed about
💪🏻 Completing my Cert III in Fitness + becoming a qualified Pilates Instructor
🧘🏻‍♀️ Teaching my own Pilates classes
🌿 Working as an online nutrition coach
🐋 And finally, after 30 years of dreaming, ticking whale watching off my bucket list ✨

So much of 2025 was about building foundations. Showing up when it felt uncomfortable. Staying consistent even when progress felt slow. Trusting that the work would eventually speak for itself.

And now… it is 🫶🏼

2026 feels different already.

I’m stepping into a milestone birthday, turning things up another notch, and getting curious about what my body, mind and career are capable of when I really back myself ✨

Next year looks like:
➡️ Growing my online community
➡️ Expanding my Pilates classes + introducing new styles
➡️ Creating teen workshops focused on nutrition, movement and mindset
➡️ And continuing to help women feel strong, grounded and confident in their bodies

I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and even more excited for what’s ahead.
