My journey into health & wellness wasn’t by accident — it was born from deep change and intention. In October 2022, a family health crisis cracked open the path I was on. It shook me to the core, made me question who I wanted to be, and challenged me to build a life aligned with purpose. I left behind hustle culture, re-evaluated my values, and began investing wholeheartedly in my vision. Since then, I’ve completed certifications in Nutrition, Fitness, Pilates, Life Coaching & NLP. My practices have transformed my body, mindset, and connection to self — and now my mission is clear:

We live in a world that tells us: Do more • Push harder • Fix your body • Earn self-worth

But the truth I found through Movement, nutrition and doing the inner work is this:

✨ Strength isn’t just physical → it’s mental, emotional and spiritual.

✨ Strength isn’t built only in gyms → it’s built in our quiet alignment, our honest choices, our consistent presence.

✨ Your past, your body, your mistakes → they don’t disqualify you. They prepare you.

Most people skip this step… but understanding your spinal position changes everything in Pilates 🙌

Here’s the difference 👇
🩶 Arched Spine: ribs flared, lower back lifted (overextension)
🤍Neutral Spine: natural curve in the lower back, core gently engaged, ribs + pelvis aligned
🖤 Imprint Spine: slight posterior tilt, pelvis + tailbone gently tucked

Knowing when and why to use each position helps you move with control, protect your lower back, and activate your core effectively 🫶🏼

A lot of women don’t realise how strong they already are 🦋

We spend so much time doubting ourselves, comparing ourselves, and waiting to feel “ready” that we forget strength isn’t something you have…

It’s something you build by showing up 💪🏻

Pilates has taught me that strength is:
✨subtle
✨intentional
✨and deeply connected to how we move and feel

You don’t have to be flexible, fit, or confident to start.

You just have to be willing to show up, exactly as you are 🤍
