Today is World Autism Awareness Day.

It’s a reminder to recognise and respect that people experience the world in different ways.

For many people on the autism spectrum, that can mean differences in communication, sensory experiences and how they engage with others.

What matters most is understanding, inclusion and creating environments where everyone feels supported and valued.

Around 1 in 100 people worldwide are on the autism spectrum.

We’re proud to support a diverse community every day. 💙

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

As the year comes to a close, we’d like to thank our participants, families and team for another wonderful year at Optional Supports. We’re grateful for the trust, support and great moments shared throughout the year.

Holiday closure:
Our office & Activity Hub will be closed from 19th December and will reopen on 5th January.
Supports will continue as scheduled during this period unless otherwise advised.

We wish everyone a safe, relaxing and happy holiday season, and we look forward to what the new year brings.
