Priorise you! Your self care daily. How?
1. By setting aside precious time, once every day just for you. Uninterrupted.
2. Start with contemplation. Stillness. Allow the mind to empty and unravel the noise. Dump. Be empty.
3. Ten deep, slow conscious breaths. Feel free to close your eyes. Peace out. Don’t rush. It will feel like a lifetime.
4. Once completed, you will feel fresh and renewed. Nourished. Quality oxygen has fed your brain 🧠 if you allowed it too.
5. Best feeling in the world. A simple exercise that you only have to allow yourself the time to feel and structure into your day.
