LATE CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY 🩷
A gentle note from our team...
Starting 1 September, any late cancellation or no-show will result in the class being deducted from your membership or class pack.
We’ve noticed recently an increased number of last-minute cancellations and missed classes. When that happens, the spot — your spot — sits empty. That means someone else who may have really needed that time misses the chance to attend.
We understand that life happens, and we always do our best to be flexible and understanding. But as a small team and small business, we also need to honour the time and space we create for each person who walks through our doors.
Our change in policy is not about punishment — it’s about fairness. To help avoid any confusion, we send a reminder email and text a day before your class.
We share this from a place of love and mutual respect. We care so much about this community and the people in it — you are the reason we do what we do.
