Consistency is 🔑

In this case, achieving results was a 3 part process:

💫 repairing barrier & reducing sensitivity
💫 treating active breakout & purging
💫 reducing post inflammatory erythema (we are now at this step)

This was achieved with a combination of monthly skin treatments, and a consistent home-care routine.

In most cases, the journey to healthy skin isn’t quick- it takes time and a-lot of patience. But it is possible for everyone!

Slow and steady wins the race 🐌

L) was January 2023
R) was August 2023

Treatments have been sporadic:
✔️ skin needling (perhaps 2 or 3)
✔️ microdermabrasion (3ish)
✔️ 1x series of cool peels
✔️ minimal injectables (last anti-wrinkle appt was May)

Homecare:
✔️ SebuWash Gel Cleanser
✔️ Youth EssentiA Toner
✔️ Youth+ Serience Night Serum
✔️ Youth EssentiA Eye Gel
✔️ AVST 5 Moisturiser
✔️ RAD SPF

Current lifestyle:
✔️never/rarely drink alcohol
✔️ good sleep pattern
✔️ 2.5L H20 daily
✔️ diet is OK (can always improve!)

Where to from here:
✔️ I can tell my iron is low from the sallow/yellowness in my skin= incorporate supp
✔️ Results mean continue plan currently on- if it ain’t broke, don’t change it!

Summary:
Not just doing only homecare, or only treatments, or only lifestyle is going to move mountains. Yes, you might notice some change. But together- they work wonderfully!

The journey to a healthy, thickened, strong skin is NEVER going to be instant.
Especially when you are trying to correct something.

Consistency is key and ‘trusting the process’ is necessary!

💡The photo on the left was taken in Aug ‘22 at Morgan’s first appointment.

🫧🫧Our pics that we took around Sept, Morgan’s breakout had worsened. Hormones were rampant, her skin was purging, and we were limited to what we could use. 🫧🫧

👉🏽 BUT we remained regular and kept up with micros until we could start to alternate these with skin needling. 👈🏽

💡The photo on the right was taken in Apr ‘23.

It has taken 8 months, 8 treatments, and some wonderful home care. BUT we are there! Morgan’s skin looks even better in real life and you’d never be able to tell what we started with 🤌🏼

We are now at the stage where we can keep up the home care, incorporate more home treatments/products, and woo back on our in-house treatments.
