How does it work ?🤔
When you move your body, your muscles contract and start using glucose for energy- without the need for insulin! You can increase your insulin sensitivity (less reliance on insulin to manage blood sugar) with regular exercise‼️

In addition, this effect can last at least 24 hrs post exercise, so imagine the effect on your sugar levels if you exercised at least 3 times per week.

Looking for a social way to spend a morning outdoors, moving your body this Exercise Right Month? 🏃‍♀️

‘Exercise Right Month” is an annual campaign in Australia, held each May, to promote the importance of exercise for everybody, regardless of age, background, or ability. 🏋️

This year, join us for a 30min walk on Saturday May 31st, then hang around for coffee and a chat ☕️ Bring the kids, dogs and invite your friends!
