Meet our AWSM Oldies Birthday Star of the week - Joan!

Joan has been attending AWSM OLDIES since we first started in September 2023!

Since completing her updated outcome measures in May this year, Joan has improved on all outcome measures.

TIMED UP AND GO: Joan has improved her time from 6.01 seconds to 5.26 seconds 🤩

SIT TO STAND in 30 seconds: Joan has improved from 13 to 17 sit to stands in 30 seconds 💪🏽

SINGLE LEG BALANCE: Joan has improved her single leg balance by 7 seconds!! 😮‍💨
