✨ Step 1: Initial Consultation
At your first appointment, we’ll discuss why custom orthotics might be the right choice for you—whether it’s for foot pain relief, injury prevention, or improving your overall movement.

🚶‍♂️ Step 2: Gait & Biomechanical Assessment
We take a close look at how you walk and assess your foot mechanics to create a completely custom prescription tailored to your needs. (We can do this at your initial appointment if the time permits)

🦶 Step 3: Custom Orthotic Design
Your orthotics are designed to mould perfectly to your feet, providing the support and correction needed for better comfort and function.

👟 Step 4: Fitting Appointment
When your orthotics are ready, bring in the shoes you plan to wear them in. We’ll ensure a perfect fit and make any necessary adjustments.

🔄 Step 5: Ongoing Support
We take your progress seriously! That’s why we offer free review appointments starting from six months after your fitting—ensuring your orthotics continue to support you as they should.
