Why such a big smile?

This guy is the king of big smiles but this one was for a special reason. He woke up in the morning determined to wear his ‘uniform’ to daycare because he had a ‘work meeting’.

Did I really want him to wear his nice, clean, white shirt to daycare? Absolutely not! But this smile when he got home after spending the day ‘working’ made the extra stain removal needed before washing all worth it.

Hi, I'm Kirstin and I am the founder of Absolutely 4 Kids 🙂

I started this business almost 3 years ago with the intention of supporting young learners to be more confident in the classroom, while also supporting my young family at home.

Since we began, both the business and our family have grown! We've gone from 1 bub at home to two toddlers, and from working solo from our spare room to an office space with multiple teachers.

Life is busy both at home and at work, but I love what I do and feel so grateful to be able to spend every day supporting children to love learning.

I've shared a few random facts about me here and I'd love for you to reach out in the comments or send me a DM with a fun fact about yourself so we can get to know each other better.

🎉 Happy Belated 40th 🎉

Hubby's 40th birthday milestone passed quietly and without fanfare during the week.

I was laid up sick, so he spent his 'special' day running around after the kids and looking after me. Far from being a diva about it, he never once complained and just got on with his usual care for our family 💜

Today we finally got to have a little celebratory breakfast to show our appreciation for him 🥰 So here's to entering another decade together and figuring out what forty is all about before I get there in a few years time 😉

As someone who was a bit scared about turning 30, I'm actually somewhat looking forward to turning 40! What's been your favourite decade or era so far?

He's a super hands on dad - the bringer of fun, the snuggler and the best partner in the craziness of parenting that I could have wished for!

Thank you for everything you do and for showing them both what true unconditional love is all about 🥰
