Hi everyone,

Please read the below and either like or comment so we know you have read it. We just need to tune up the group a little as some people who are attending have found the "talking" and "sharing" part of the afternoon overwhelming.

Please be aware we are doing reiki practice on these share days, not in-depth healings. That is something that should be done as a treatment not 20 mins in a group setting.

The reiki practice afternoon is more about enjoying the energy, experiencing different people's aura, sharing with likeminded people etc. We should be more focused on feeling the reiki and its peaceful heartfelt magick. We should be calm and centered afterwards not agitated and/or anxious.

Also we are all at different stages, too much sharing and intuitive messages can be uncomfortable for beginners, and these should be given afterwards to the receiver if they wish to know.

The deep healing place and comments about people's trauma/issues is not in this group. Thats more specialized and personal and should be done one on one with a healer of your choice.

So, let's get back to basics and in touch with the reiki energy.
