Our free online yoga classes for rural Qlders make it possible to join from anywhere. All you need is a space, an internet connection and a willingness to begin.

These classes are gentle, accessible & suitable for all levels. No experience required.

Thursdays 6.25am to 7.15am
Sundays 8.30am to 9.30am

Whether you’re looking to move your body, reduce stress, or simply connect with a supportive community, you’re welcome.

Trying to balance everything that life throws at you?

Let’s start with a good foundation by adding some actual balancing into your daily routine (even if it’s just standing on one leg while cleaning your teeth). It’s an easy start to improving coordination, strengthening stabilizing muscles, boosting your focus and core control and reducing your risk of falls and injuries.
