🌟 Little Hero Alert! 🌟

We want to give a huge shoutout to the 8-year-old boy who showed incredible courage by calling 000 immediately when his dad had suffered a cardiac arrest. 💔

Thanks to his quick thinking, he was able to get help straight away. which saved his father's life 🙌

This is a powerful reminder that in an emergency, every second counts.

✅ Call 000 immediately.
✅ Start CPR if someone is not responding and not breathing normally.

You don’t have to be a grown-up to save a life — just knowing what to do can make all the difference. ❤️

🎉 What a great night! 🎉
Our first aiders had a fantastic time last night supporting the Light Party - a fun, family friendly alternative to Halloween trick-or-treating 💡✨
It was wonderful to see the kiddies (and grown ups) enjoying the activities in a safe and positive environment. A big thank you to the organisers - we loved being a part of it 🙌💜

Thank you to the Neighbourhood Centre for inviting me to attend the Seniors Connect group this morning to discuss various first aid topics. We chatted about staying hydrated, falls, sprains and strains, and signs of a heart attack and stroke.
