We’re upgrading our practice management system this weekend!

Last week, One Stop Medical proudly hosted a fundraising lunch that brought together members of the Mackay community and the OSM team in support of a noble cause. The event was more than just a gathering—it was a heartfelt initiative to raise awareness about breast cancer, highlight the importance of early detection, and empower individuals with knowledge about the support available to those affected by the disease.

Through meaningful conversations and shared experiences, the lunch served as a reminder of the strength found in community and the value of education in navigating the breast cancer journey. One Stop Medical remains committed to fostering connection, compassion, and care within Mackay and beyond.

Meet Dr Tamanna Mananna

Dr Tamanna Mananna is a dedicated and compassionate GP who has proudly served the Mackay community for the past three years. She recently joined the team at One Stop Medical, bringing with her a strong commitment to patient care and a special interest in women’s health and family medicine.

Originally from Bangladesh, Dr Mananna completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) before advancing her expertise with a Master’s degree in International Public Health and Health Management from the University of New South Wales. Her academic journey reflects a deep passion for holistic healthcare and public health leadership.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Mananna has contributed to medical education as a clinical tutor in both Bangladesh and Australia, nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Outside of medicine, Dr Mananna enjoys cooking, travelling, and watching movies. Her warm and approachable nature, combined with her diverse experience, makes her a valued member of the Mackay medical community.

We’re pleased to share that Dr Labiba Ahmad, who has been providing compassionate care at One Stop Medical at the Dome, will begin offering her GP services from our new branch at 220 Victoria Street, Mackay.
Dr Ahmad is known for her gentle and thoughtful approach to patient care, and she remains committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of the Mackay community. She is currently welcoming new patients and will continue to care for her existing patients at our new location.
