Last workout in this home gym 😒
Have to start packing it up today ready for removalists.
I know someday soon I'll have something even bigger and better but the next year will be downsizing and I am going to miss this space so much. I've spent years accumulating equipment and making this room something I love.

My latest fail: fruit gummies!
I am desperately working on making gummies that are actually delicious and close to a proper gummy texture but it is proving difficult. Using whole fruit was my initial goal, but it changes the texture a lot and although my little one LOVES them, I am not happy with them yet.
My next attempt will be juicing a few fruits and going with juice rather than whole fruit for a better texture.
When I get it right I will share a recipe, but until then it's more trial and error for the perfect gummy!

Kokoda Challenge 2024
32 hours and 45 mins non-stop to complete 96km with a total of approximately 5000m elevation to climb across the track. Our students did an AMAZING job and it was crazy watching the determination and grit of those kids who did finish with us.
The track is no joke and took every part of my soul in the last 10km. Very grateful for the immense support from everyone involved, especially my husband and Mel.

This means that the Burton's are going camping and taking the boat out the front to catch us some fishies tomorrow.
