Everyone has their own belief system that fits in with their life and makes them who they are, and sometimes people aren't happy with some parts of themselves and we are here to assist those people to facilitate change in their life, that they choose. In Nursing I have seen the need for therapies to complement the medical side. Medicine can't fix everything, but people can help themselves if they are aware of the options. Many people are unaware that emotions are connected to our physical body and can manifest into disease and disorders on a physical level. I see people with depression, anxiety, addictions, anger issues, trauma, sexual abuse, low self esteem, stressed, relationship issues, confused on where they are in life, in pain with chronic issues or injuries, dying, dealing with childhood abuse, neglect or guilt or people who just want to relax and have a little down time to rejuvenate. When facilitating a session, I use a multitude of techniques to achieve results. I use my intuition, medical knowledge and expertise, along with different modalities and trainings I have attained over the years. I feel and read peoples energies and can assist them by adjusting their energies to a more positive and relaxed one. Belief systems that are making life hectic can be identified quickly and easily and also removed. I do not use one technique, I use everything that works for that person and what is best for them at the time. Please note: During that session a person may have a loved one that has passed over come through, which has happened regularly. My sessions are facilitated online or in person. This means I can do a session with a person, regardless of where they are in the world and they will still physically feel it, while I am talking to them. I do need permission from the person receiving the session or healing to do this, as I energetically enter their energy field and scan and read their body whilst having a chat in regards to where they are at presently. This is the most amazing, honest explanation of trauma healing by a Dr Frank Anderson a Psychiatrist and Trauma Specialist.
It's over 2 hours, but absolutely aligns with me !
It explains how trauma is held in the body and the need to release it , how it affects us and it makes me so grateful that I do what I do. Medical science as a Registered Nurse and the holistic - Healer side of me are coming together outside of my clinic.

I am a Registered Nurse, Mother, Grandmother (my beautiful grandson Kyden pictured) and a Spiritual Healer. I have studied the Theta Healing® modality in America to become a Thetahealing Instructor®, so I can now teach others to be Practitioner’s. I am the only one in the Mackay area to date, to be able to have this awesome opportunity to teach others how to heal themselves and others.
None of my healing is about religion or a particular belief system. I believe everyone has their own belief system that fits in with their life and makes them part of who they are. What is not understood or known by everyone, is that some beliefs can be the key to what makes your life so hard sometimes! Beliefs can be passed down from generation to generation through DNA, your DNA may not need these now, as your ancestors did for survival back in those times.
Everyone has the tools within themselves, they just need to know how to utilize them, which is what I do. In Thetahealing® sessions, I teach people to test their belief system and assist them to remove what they don’t need. It has dramatic results.
A common example, which I had myself, was ancestors going through poverty, financial hardship and lack of food. I was spending hundreds of dollars on groceries each week, stocking up and buying the same food and stashing it in my pantry! I found this belief and removed it and lowered by grocery bill weekly, by at least 50%. Hubby was happy!
As a Nurse I am very restricted to time frames and it is rare to have one on one contact to be able to assist people with their health issues on this level. For me, this is very frustrating when I know that I can do something for this person. So here I am!!
In nursing I have seen the need for therapies to complement the medical side of things. The person needs to be treated as a whole, with healing of the body, mind and spirit together. Therefore, with the health professionals and complementary modalities combined, we may be at the highest and best health state possible for ourselves.
I deal with people of all ages, from children to adults. Some issues such as depression, anxiety, anger issues, bullying, low self esteem, stressed, teenage issues, marital issues, confusion of Lifes Path, addictions, chronic pain and disease. injuries, dying, dysfunctional families, dealing with past abuse, neglect or guilt are some of these. I also assist students or adults studying, to be able to focus and have clarity.... or people who just want to relax and have a little down time to rejuvenate. Its a very broad spectrum!
When in person, and doing a Rehealing session, I use a multitude of techniques to achieve results. I use medical intuition, my spirit guides, clairsentience (feeling), clairvoyance (seeing) and clairaudience (hearing), along with attunements and training I have attained over the years. I also modalities such as; Reiki, Thetahealing®, Tuning Forks and Crystal Therapy .
I am a psychic medium and prefer to use these skills within my healing, to benefit the person rather then sit and do just readings. I want my clients to get the most out of the session as they can, which includes the physical side of things as well.
I can read and feel peoples energies and can assist them by adjusting their energies to a more positive and relaxed one. I use crystals, relaxing music, oils and candles when doing a Rehealing session.
I do not use one technique, I use everything that works for that person as guided, for that time. During that session a person may have a loved one that has passed over come through, which has happened regularly. Sessions can be emotional, yet everyone leaves relieved and feeling the difference.
I conduct distant healings, which means I can faciltate a healing on a person no matter where they are in the world. All I need is there full name, date of birth and town/location. These are very effective sessions and just as good as in person healings. The only difference is that face to face contact and personal touches of being present in the room. The results are the same.
Once you have had a session there is a free follow up and check to ensure everything is working for you, and any adjustments in energy I can help you with, free of charge.
Some clients need 1 session and their life changes, others may need 2 or 3. I have had regular clients that come in for a tune up every 2 months to ensure their energy stays heightened and positive.
