Compression = protection!
If you’ve ever dealt with cellulitis, you know how tough it can be. The good news? Wearing your compression garments
consistently can help reduce the risk of recurrence.
Compression helps keep fluid moving, reduces swelling, and supports your skin—creating an environment that’s less prone to infection. Paired with good skincare and early intervention, it’s a powerful tool in preventing flare-ups.

Consistency is key! Do you have any tips for making compression more comfortable or part of your daily routine? Share them below! ⬇

Happy Lymphoedema Awareness Week!!! This is a timely reminder - watch your wounds!!!!

|| Lymphoedema Awareness Week ||

For most people, a tiny cut or scratch is no big deal—but for those with lymphoedema, even a minor wound can become a serious issue if not managed properly. With a compromised lymphatic system, the body has a harder time fighting infection, making early intervention key.
The best approach? Clean it, cover it, and keep an eye on it. If there’s redness, warmth, or swelling that worsens—don’t wait, seek medical advice!
Have you ever caught an issue early just by paying attention? Let’s share our experiences in the
comments! ⬇
