🎒 First Year of High School – You’ve Got This!
Starting high school can feel exciting, scary, and everything in between. New teachers, new friends, bigger expectations – it’s a lot to take in, especially in your first year. The good news? Feeling nervous is completely normal 💚
Tips to help you cope in Year 7:
✨ Give it time – You don’t need to have it all figured out in the first week.
✨ Get organised – A planner or timetable can help reduce stress and forgetfulness.
✨ Be yourself – Friendships take time. It’s okay if you don’t find your people straight away.
✨ Ask for help – Teachers, school counsellors, and trusted adults are there to support you.
✨ Look after yourself – Sleep, food, movement, and downtime really matter.
