After a deeply enriching month travelling through Africa and India, I’m now back home and so grateful to return to our studio space with a full heart and fresh inspiration.

There’s something so special about coming home after journeying outward… and I’m reminded that sometimes the greatest journey is the one we take within. 💛

From the Heart of Our Graduates…

As I reflect on our beautiful June 2025 graduates, my heart feels full. It’s hard to put into words how deeply proud and grateful I am for students like Petria and Megan, who both came into the training with open hearts and left with newfound strength, confidence, and purpose.

Petria joined to share her love of yoga with her community and now she’s walking away not only ready to teach but with a stronger mind and body, surrounded by a community of like-minded souls.

Megan came seeking healing and depth in her practice, and she found so much more. Her journey toward awareness, balance, and confidence is such a powerful reminder of what this training is really about living in harmony with mind, body, and soul.

Their words are a true reflection of what we do at Unity Yoga Ayurveda. This is more than just teacher training. It’s a personal transformation.

Hi friends,

If you've been craving a peaceful moment for yourself, a gentle way to start the day, or just something a little different. Come join us this Sunday, 15th June at 6:30 AM down at North Wall Harbour.

We’re opening the morning with a free sunrise yoga session, guided by a group of beautiful, newly trained teachers as they step into their next chapter.

This is a gathering, breathing in the fresh air, and doing something kind for yourself.

✨ You don’t need to be flexible.
✨ You don’t need to be “good” at yoga.
✨ You don’t even need to do the whole class.

Just bring a mat (or towel), a bottle of water, and an open mind.

You’re welcome to join in, sit beside us, or simply soak in the morning calm. This isn’t a performance. It’s a shared practice—one that brings people together in the simplest, most beautiful way.
