From February 22 to March 21, I will be in Africa. 🌍

Kenya. Tanzania. Zanzibar.

For this month, I won’t be teaching online classes or holding regular sessions. I will be teaching exclusively to our retreat students on the ground fully present with them in daily yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic lifestyle practice.

As many of you know, I’m based in Mackay, Queensland, where Unity Yoga Ayurveda has become home and offering Yoga Teacher Training, Yin Yoga, Ayurveda education, women’s embodiment work and holistic wellness programs.

This African retreat is not a break from my work.
It is an expansion of it.

Daily practice at sunrise.
Ayurveda in rhythm with nature.
Safari immersion in Tanzania.
Cultural connection in Kenya.
And reflection time in Zanzibar.

To my Mackay community and online students, thank you for the trust you place in me. All regular classes, private consultations and online offerings will resume after March 21.

And as one journey unfolds, another begins.

In 2027, our next international retreat will be held in Bhutan — a country known for its breathtaking Himalayan landscapes and for prioritising Gross National Happiness over economic growth. A place where spiritual practice and daily life walk hand in hand.
