Recent research suggests that increasing dietary vitamin E intake could help in preventing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).

A study analyzing data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2017-2020) found a correlation between higher vitamin E levels and lower rates of NAFLD, highlighting the potential protective benefits of this antioxidant. Especially noteworthy is its efficacy in individuals without high blood lipid levels.

The woman thinks,
“I'm going to fall! and I can't climb because the snake is going to bite me! Why can't the man use a little more strength and pull me up!"

The man thinks,
“I am in so much pain! Yet I'm still pulling you as much as I can! why don't you try to climb a little harder?!"

The moral is: You can't see the pressure the other person is under, and the other person can't see pain that you're in.

This is life, no matter whether it's with work, family, feelings or friends we should try to understand each other.

Learn to think differently, perhaps more clearly and communicate better.

Here’s some info on the practice of Yoga Nidra. It’s a relaxing and refreshing technique that is restorative. All you do is lay in a comfortable position and listen. YouTube Ally Boothroyd yoga and you’ll find a heap to choose from. I often choose a session for sleep.

I try and do a Yoga Nidra some time in the middle of the day. Depending on how much time I feel like I have, I may search youtube or Spotify for a 10, 20, 45 or hour long Yoga Nidra meditation.
Yoga Nidra certainly does revitalise my energy.
I remember a few years back I seen a question in a yoga teachers group about how much personal yoga do they do outside of teaching. I remember being exhausted just reading the question thinking I should be doing more. But after struggling from fatigue and healing I physically couldn’t do any more. My response was just that, I’m exhausted between teaching that I don’t do my own practice, and that all I have energy for outside of mumming, working, teaching was yoga Nidra. The comments I received were so heart warming, saying that yoga Nidra is a practice in itself. And now I believe its an important one at that.

Remember it is a practice, It doesnt happen over night, but it will happen.
