Your lymphatic system doesn’t stop working once your massage is finished. In fact, the real magic continues in the hours and days afterwards. 💫

After a lymphatic drainage session, your body is busy filtering toxins, moving excess fluid and rebalancing itself. To make the most of your treatment and feel the full benefits, here are a few simple ways to support your body:

▪︎ Hydrate well - aim for at least 2 litres of water daily to flush toxins and keep your lymph flowing.

▪︎ Gentle movement - light exercise like a 30-minute walk stimulates circulation and keeps fluid moving.

▪︎ Prioritise rest - it’s common to feel tired as your body detoxes, so listen to your body and slow down.

▪︎ Mind your meals - avoid heavy, fatty foods, caffeine and alcohol straight after your session so your digestive and lymphatic systems aren’t overloaded.

This mama has had a 360 belt lipectomy, plus back surgery and is now off to compete in a bikini competition. ✨️

The dedication in, not just restricting cals, but finding time to get steps, a gym session plus cardio, combined with meal prep and still looking after her family, working full time and kids activities. Man, that's incredible 🤌

How amazing does she look 🙌
I am so proud of what she has achieved this year, and it's even cooler I have been a long for the ride.

It's been a hot minute since I have shared a before and after, ya girl keeps forgetting to take pics 😅

But last night brought this beautiful human to my table.

We have scheduled in fortnightly recurring sessions to get on top of her lymph congestion.

I cannot wait to see how her body responds next session 😍
