I have a lot of people ask me what should I do if I want to lose body fat. Here are some basic tips to help get you started.

🍏 First of all- have a clear goal in mind, for example I want to lose 10kg

🍎 What is your why? If you have a big enough why, then you will have a big enough reason to stick with your plan..

🍏Find an exercise you like, if you hate going to the gym, most likely you will find an excuse. Find something you actually like to do, for example, bike riding

🍎 Eat fresh foods, Ofcourse there are many ways you can adjust your nutrition to have great fat loss, but a basic is to to eat fresh foods that don’t last long, eat less stuff that comes in a packet.

🍏Limit junk food, start by writing down what you are eating for at least a week, this way you find out how much junk you actually eat, then have a plan in place to start bringing that down slowly.

🍎Drink plenty of water, sounds like such a simple one, but this is huge, so many people have ailments because they simply don’t drink enough water.

🍏Be consistent, consistency is key, it will come off, have some faith, and remember if you have a big enough why, then you will find it easier to stick to your plan. .

✨How to 👉band resisted trap bar deadlift✨. Credit 👉
•WITH BANDS-with added band resistance you will be overloading the concentric (driving up) part of the movement-increasing the demand for greater hip drive. Forcing you to work through those sticky parts of your lift.
•Also adds stress to the eccentric (going back down) since the bands are at full stretch and are actively pulling you back down to the ground-this forces you to maintain your body position under heavy load.
•even without the band resistance-trap bars are a GREAT and often under utilized tool.
•the load is centered with the body-allowing for less shear spinal stress on the body than conventional deadlifts.
•Easier for most clients to get into due to less need for mobility.

Hi friends, let’s talk burpees.

How to do a burpee.. 🌱Start with your feet should be shoulder-width apart, lower your body into a squatting position, then placing your hands on the floor in front of you, leaning forward ready to kick your legs back. 🌱Kick your feet back so that you end up in the push up position. 🌱Lower your chest and do a push up. 🌱Kick your feet back to their original position, stand back up with a jump and clap your hands. 🏃

ladies need approx 18mg of Iron per day and Men need approx 8mg of Iron. Unfortunately majority of the populations struggles to hit that target every day.

Here is a little either salad idea or maybe a stir fry combination of ingredients, I have put together for you to add more then half the daily iron requirements into your diet.

According to (FNB) Recommended Iron allowance for our kids include.
Birth -6month - .2mg
7-12 months - 11mg
1-3 years - 7mg
4-8 years - 10mg
9-13 years - 8mg
14-18 years - male- 11mg female- 15mg

Amount changes if you are pregnant
