As much as I loved my garden, it was time to simplify, get rid of old ideas, enhance fresh new ideas, and make room for the future 🧡 🍃 🍂

There is still lots to do, but it's looking fresh and letting in new energies ✨️

In that future, I can see a caravan parked there 😆 🤣 😂

There is always another way to massage! You just have to think outside the box 📦

One of my lovely elderly clients can no longer lie down on the table comfortably, so we have swapped her treatment to a seated massage. Also suitable for pregnancy clients. This way, she can still have a full back, neck, and shoulder massage 💆‍♀️ and a foot and leg massage 💆‍♀️

Gratitude can significantly lower stress by shifting negative thoughts into positive ones. Reducing cortisol levels and building emotional resilience 🙏

Today, I am grateful for calm, slow mornings, the abundance of mulberries and lemons 🍋 I have growing, my space, and the incredible support network I have around me 🍃
