NATA Accredited Drug & Alcohol Testing facility. Assisting your business in achieving optimal health

CQ Rescue Health Services is a subsidiary organisation of Central Queensland Helicopter Rescue Service (RACQ CQ Rescue). All proceeds from our NATA Accredited drug and alcohol testing service are used to help fund the region's rescue helicopter. CQ Rescue Health Services was established in 2010 and has since fostered very strong partnerships with organisations and businesses throughout Mackay, the Bowen Basin and Whitsundays. By testing your employees using our professional and efficient NATA Accredited testing facility, you'll be ensuring a safer workplace and help fund a vital lifesaving community service. Since 1996, CQ Rescue's helicopter and crew has provided rapid response aeromedical care whenever, wherever there has been a call for help across this vast region. Our community-funded rescue helicopter provides peace of mine to people living, working and visiting Central and North Queensland. Our blue and yellow helicopter is synonymous with saving lives and plays an important role in emergency services each and every day in this region. At CQ Rescue Health Services, we're proud to donate 100% of our profits to support our community-funded rescue helicopter service!

This annual contribution is made possible thanks to the incredible businesses utilising our drug and alcohol testing services.

Our donation plays a vital role in ensuring BMA CQ Rescue remains operational 24/7, 365 days a year, providing lifesaving care across Central and North Queensland.

🚁 We Are On Our Way! 🚁

BMA CQ Rescue's first AW139 has officially taken off from its aeromedical fit-out on the Sunshine Coast and is now bound for the Mackay region! 🌟

Join us in welcoming this brand-new lifesaving helicopter as it arrives for the first time on Wednesday, 28th of August, at 5:30 PM at Mackay Airport.

🚦 Important: Please follow the directions of traffic control, park in allocated areas, and enjoy this historic moment with us!

HUGE ANNOUCEMENT TODAY!

are so so very excited to announce the signing of a $45 million contract with Leonardo to welcome two AW139 rescue helicopters to the Mackay region!
The two state-of-the-art modern helicopters, which set the benchmark in performance, safety and innovation, will replace the workhorse Bell 412 models currently in use and enable CQ Rescue to reach patients in remote and rural communities faster than ever before.
The increased capability of the AW139s will be revolutionary, not to mention, life-changing for people in our Central Queensland service region.
New aircraft will fundamentally change how our lifesaving aeromedical service is delivered by increasing response time, increasing the distance we can travel and further improve the care and comfort of patients.
