Everyone of our members at The Men’s Shed are very passionate about contributing to our little community.
We have been very busy with several projects helping our local schools and kindergartens as well as other members of the community.
The Men’s Shed Movement has become one of the most powerful tools in addressing men’s health. Our little group now boasts a total of 22 members.

To All Flag Marshals: For action Australia Wide and relevant overseas posts
Australian National Flag to fly at Half-Mast
Saturday, 26 April 2025
Funeral Mass
His Holiness Pope Francis (1936 – 2025)

The Holy See has announced a Funeral Mass for His Holiness Pope Francis will be held on Saturday, 26 April 2025 in St Peter’s Square, Vatican City.
His Holiness Pope Francis was Bishop of Rome, head of the Roman Catholic Church and the Holy See from 2013 to 2025.
As a mark of mourning and respect, and in accordance with protocol, the Australian National Flag should be flown at half-mast all day on Saturday, 26 April 2025 in your locality from all buildings and establishments occupied by Australian Government departments and affiliated agencies. Other organisations are welcome to participate.
• When flying the Australian National Flag with other flags, all flags in the set should be flown at half-mast.
• If a set of flags includes the flags of other nations, it would be appropriate to seek permission from the diplomatic representatives of that nation to half-mast their flag.
• An acceptable half-mast position would be when the top of the flag is a third of the distance down from the top of the flagpole.
• Information on flag protocol is available at http://www.pmc.gov.au/flag
The financial and staffing implications arising from weekend or public holiday flag marshal duties are the responsibility of each organisation.
Your assistance is appreciated.

Take a few moments and check out what has been happening at the Shed this year.
At the Men’s Shed, we aim to advance the health and well-being of our members by providing a safe and happy environment where they can
Pursue hobbies, pastimes and interests
Learn new skills, practice and pass on old skills
Learn about their own health and wellbeing of members and reduce isolation.
Through their efforts they can contribute to their families, their friends, the Men’s Shed and their community.
At the Shed, we make things, fix things, restore things and sometimes wreck things.
Activities include woodwork, metalwork, restoring old items, and building garden furniture.
As in many sheds, we also drink tea and coffee and sit around and talk about old times.
In the last 12 months we are experiencing some growth in our membership.
