Skills and experience:

- Pleasant and professional manner with patients and co-workers.

- Able to perform all general practice nurse duties such as immunisations, procedure assistance, wound, stock ordering.

- Experience with all types of Care Plans and Health Assessments - be a leader in chronic disease management processes.

- Manage reminder and recall systems effectively.

- Must work well in a team environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

· Current Registration with AHPRA

· Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
